David J. Turiciano

David J. Turiciano practices in construction and commercial litigation, his primary focus being contract and real property disputes. Mr. Turiciano also represents creditors in Illinois and Wisconsin.

Mr. Turiciano is a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois State Bar Associations and the Milwaukee County, Walworth County, and Winnebago County (Illinois) Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Central District of Illinois, as well as in the state courts of Wisconsin and Illinois.

Mr. Turiciano received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his law degree from Loyola University, where he was the recipient of the Law Alumni Scholarship and was named to the Loyola/Northwestern Inn of Court. He also received a Certificate in Health Law from Loyola University, which consistently ranks in the top ten law schools nationally for health law.
