JEFFREY J. MAWICKE

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Detroit (cum laude) in 1970 and my Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois in 1973. I have been the Managing Shareholder of the firm since 1985 and in that capacity I am currently responsible for the overall operation of the firm, including all personnel and financial planning decisions as well as the day-to-day operations.

My focus is business law, particularly in the areas of real estate development and new business incorporation. I am a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association and I am licensed in the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Wisconsin. I am also a frequent speaker in the area of Entity Choice for small business and am an Emeritus member of the Milwaukee Estate Counselors Forum.
