VICTOR A. KORNIS

I received my Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) in 1979 and my Juris Doctor in 1982, both from Marquette University. In addition, I received my license as a certified public accountant from the State of Wisconsin in 1985 and spent three years in the tax department of one of the "Big 5" accounting firms.

My practice is concentrated in real estate development, general business law and entity choice, including related tax planning for all of the above.

I am a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I am admitted to practice law in all Wisconsin courts and I am also admitted to practice in the following federal courts: Eastern District of Wisconsin, Tax Court and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

I am a frequent speaker on various tax and business topics, including entity choice.
