THAD W. JELINSKE

I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh in 1982 and my Juris Doctor from Drake University in 1986. I am the head of the Commercial Litigation Division of this firm responsible for the overall management of the commercial litigation division and its six attorneys.

My practice targets effective dispute resolution utilizing litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation in all state and federal jurisdictions. I am a frequent speaker throughout the State of Wisconsin on issues affecting both procedural and substantive issues of law. I served on the Board of Governors for the State Bar of Wisconsin and the House of Delegates for the American Bar Association.
