I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1980 and my Juris Doctor from Wayne State University in 1985, receiving the Bureau of National Affairs Award in my senior year. I am a member of the State Bar Associations of Wisconsin and Michigan and actively practice in the state and federal courts in Wisconsin. I also practice in the state and federal courts in Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. My commercial litigation practice, including civil trial practice, specifically focuses on real property disputes and actions brought under the Uniform Commercial Code, proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Court, commercial arbitration proceedings and mediation. I actively represent the interests of financial institutions, steel forging and rolling mills, and manufacturers in various industries. |
