Defining Legal Moment

I love doing deals. I get a thrill from all stages of a transaction - structuring, negotiating, drafting contracts – but nothing beats the thrill of closing. My goal in every transaction in which I get involved is to try to find a way to close, if possible, no matter how many obstacles have to be overcome or how much work is required. Best of all, that’s usually my client’s goal, too.
