Tom Gallagher on getting from point a to point b

Getting from point a to point b can sometimes be difficult no matter what the situation. When it comes to a legal problem or when you need the help of an attorney, the road from point a to point b can be even more intimidating and a costly proposition. From my first day at this firm, I have been impressed with the firm’s ability to get their clients from point a to point b quickly, safely, cost efficiently and in many cases even have some fun along the way.

Defining Professional Moment

Quickly in my professional career, I came to the realization that there is no single answer for every question. You learn more by asking questions and listening to your clients than simply taking an order and just attempting to fill it. I enjoy working in an environment that promotes that approach and puts their client’s needs far ahead of their own. Knowing the intentions and true goals of a client rather than just dealing with the “issue of the day” puts you in a much better position to serve your client’s long term needs. That approach often seems to be lost on many people in the service industry.
